What you'll do

• Record finished-goods movements in the ERP system
• monitor dock activity
• load and unload trucks by forklift or by hand
• maintain inventory records
• prioritize loads for production
• manage customer-order shipments
• verify special instructions with production
• prepare and track shipping documents and order status
• coordinate shipments with manufacturing, customer service, and quality
• respond to shipment inquiries
• operate a company vehicle safely.
