What you'll do

• Serve as a resource for insurance billing, collections, denial management, reimbursement, and revenue cycle processes
• oversee insurance accounts receivable, payment posting, and daily revenue reconciliation
• monitor KPIs and payer denial patterns and recommend improvements
• train and mentor Billing Representatives
• assist with onboarding
• maintain SOPs and training materials
• monitor policy adherence and support regulatory compliance
• participate in meetings and initiatives
• support quality assurance reviews and internal audits
• identify and help implement workflow improvements.
