Assistant Branch Manager

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day branch operations and policy compliance
• coach and train staff
• perform teller, new account, account maintenance, and lending functions
• assist with scheduling and business development
• resolve member complaints
• support opening and closing
• oversee assigned staff and reconciliations
• and handle member calls and live chats. Some Saturdays are required, and work at other locations in the credit union’s service area may be needed.
