What you'll do

• Run monthly close and deliver consolidated and location-level financials
• prepare consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and minority-interest calculations
• reconcile bank, credit card, payroll clearing, and balance-sheet accounts
• manage intercompany balances and cash movements
• account for deferred revenue, leases, fixed assets, and construction in progress
• prepare lender reporting packages and debt schedules
• coordinate annual audit and tax deliverables
• manage vendor onboarding, tax forms, insurance audits, and state and local compliance
• improve QuickBooks Online setup and document procedures.
