The Youth Development Professional — Health & Wellness, IDEA Bassett is an onsite role in Jacksonville, FL, paying $15 per hour. The usual schedule is Monday–Friday, 2 p.m.–7 p.m.; longer hours and occasional weekends may be required. Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida serves youth and aims to support their development and well-being. The role plans and supervises health and life-skills programming for youth ages 6–18, creating a safe, positive Club environment. It supports young people in developing healthy behaviors, setting goals, and building skills for future independence.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement health and life-skills programs
• recruit and retain youth participants
• coordinate with Club staff
• track and report student data for grants
• supervise members and provide guidance and role modeling
• organize activities and events
• monitor program quality and participation
• maintain a safe, clean program area and equipment
• prepare weekly reports and daily schedules.
