Maintenance Technician, Production Equipment

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Green Bay, WI, with day and night shifts and 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts. Compensation is $20–$40 per hour, with a yearly bonus. The technician supports the company’s manufacturing and production team. This role maintains and improves production equipment to help maximize uptime, improve efficiency, and maintain product quality. Work includes diagnosing and repairing equipment, supporting installations and upgrades, and coordinating with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance.

What you'll do

• Perform planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• troubleshoot equipment and implement corrective actions
• support equipment upgrades, installations, and commissioning
• identify improvement opportunities
• maintain records
• provide technical support and training
• follow safety procedures
• coordinate with production, engineering, and external partners.
