What you'll do

• Develop relationships with contacts at national builder sites in the assigned territory
• provide product and process training
• support welcome and construction meetings as needed
• collaborate with order management and fulfillment teams on order execution
• share issues and root causes with the National Builder Manager
• meet with construction, sales, and purchasing teams
• coordinate with process partners on delivery and installation
• resolve escalated issues not handled by the Builder Hub Team
• educate builder contacts on policies and processes.
