What you'll do

• Maintain, repair, clean, and operate plant, shop, mechanical, exterior, and campus facilities
• perform minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, lamp-changing, drywall, door, and fixture repairs
• respond to facility emergencies
• maintain equipment and perform minor repairs
• complete logs, rounds, work orders, tests, and inspections
• read blueprints and request needed supplies
• report major repair needs.
