Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, and develop maintenance staff across shifts
• drive preventive and predictive maintenance and compliance
• lead troubleshooting and repairs
• prioritize work
• maintain SOPs, OPLs, and PM procedures
• manage CMMS work orders, equipment history, and parts
• ensure food safety, GMP, and plant safety compliance
• support capital projects and major maintenance events.
