What you'll do

• Coordinate between sales, leadership, and engineering
• translate sales commitments into delivery requirements and flag gaps
• maintain current pipeline and sellable-product information
• track prospects and client onboarding from kickoff to go-live
• keep CRM and delivery plans aligned
• own Jira board hygiene and flow
• turn requirements into scoped tickets with acceptance criteria
• facilitate planning, standups, and retrospectives
• track work through testing and production releases
• facilitate meetings and document decisions and owners
• produce concise status reports
• identify and escalate risks
• manage scope changes and schedule impacts
• and handle scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation.
