What you'll do

• Prepare food using standardized recipes
• determine food and supply needs and coordinate production with serving hours
• monitor temperature, taste, and quality
• portion and serve foods according to menus and recipes
• maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards
• follow safety and food-handling policies
• oversee food storage and date labels
• complete cleaning duties and maintain food safety records.
