What you'll do

• Maintain and repair venue technology and special-effects equipment
• lead technical and special-effects operations during key shifts
• track issues and inventory
• maintain the server room and network
• support software updates, debugging, testing, and SOPs
• train staff
• manage facility vendors
• recruit, train, schedule, and coach the team
• support venue operations and guest experience
• and respond to occasional after-hours emergencies.

Why this role

Requires three or more years of IT and/or AV support experience in a venue-based operation and one or more years working with or in interactive venues. Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required, as is willingness to respond to occasional after-hours emergencies. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
