Narrative Coach

Job overview

The Narrative Coach role is based in Arlington, VA; remote candidates may be considered case by case. The stated base salary range is $100,000–$140,000 per year. The coach supports Stand Together Foundation’s Catalyst partners, a network of national nonprofit organizations, as they develop and communicate narratives. The role helps nonprofit leaders articulate stories that connect their organization’s work with donors, partners, and teams. It also develops repeatable coaching methods and uses patterns across engagements to inform strategy and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Build trusted coaching relationships with nonprofit founders, leaders, and spokespeople
• help refine and deliver organizational and personal narratives
• adapt narratives for op-eds, keynote remarks, panels, and podcasts
• contribute to repeatable coaching playbooks and frameworks
• synthesize engagement patterns to identify narrative gaps
• manage multiple coaching engagements with preparation and follow-through.
