What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel
• follow site security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities
• greet and screen visitors, verify credentials and appointments, issue badges, and maintain logs
• monitor the front desk, access points, alarms, cameras, and communication systems
• report unusual activity
• respond to incidents and critical situations
• direct guests, answer phones, and communicate security information.
