Same Day Access Clinician

Job overview

The Same Day Access Clinician role is onsite, with rotating support at locations in Petersburg, Prince George, and Emporia, VA. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Compensation is $60,863–$68,471 per year for licensed-eligible candidates; the posting lists a separate $69,356–$80,916 range for licensed candidates. Greater Reach’s mission is to make behavioral health care accessible, compassionate, and stigma-free. As an initial point of contact for service requests, the clinician screens and assesses people seeking mental health, substance use, and developmental disability services. The role determines needs and service eligibility and connects people with crisis intervention, crisis stabilization, community resources, or another appropriate level of care.

What you'll do

• Serve as an initial contact for information and service requests
