Dietary Aide

Compensation is $10–$16 per hour. The Dietary Aide role is onsite in Gastonia, NC. Wellington House seeks an aide to support its culinary team in providing nutritious, high-quality meals to residents. The role helps prepare and serve meals that follow dietary plans and resident requests, while supporting safe, clean kitchen and dining operations and a positive resident dining experience.

What you'll do

• Help prepare, portion, and serve meals according to dietary plans and special requests
• assist residents with meal setup and service
• maintain kitchen and dining-area cleanliness
• follow food safety and sanitation practices
• receive and store supplies, check inventory, and report shortages
• collaborate with the dietary team.
