The Site Specialist, Laboratory Services role is onsite in Ann Arbor, MI, with pay of $18.00–$20.00 per hour. Unity Lab Services provides integrated laboratory service, support, and supply management. The role supports laboratory operations by handling supplies, packages, samples, mail, glassware, equipment, and related service-area needs. Accurate records, safe work practices, and responsive customer support help maintain reliable service at the customer site.

What you'll do

• Receive, sort, document, monitor, and deliver laboratory supplies, packages, samples, and mail
• support dock operations, vendor escorts, scheduled deliveries, and rush requests
• pick up, wash, sterilize, inspect, and return laboratory glassware and equipment
• maintain clean and organized work areas
• assist with hazardous waste container collection and documentation
• manage gas cylinders, garments, and inventory
• inspect eyewash stations and safety showers
• maintain logs, records, metrics, and reports
• follow safety procedures, standard operating procedures, and University guidelines
• address customer concerns with the lead team
• participate in process improvement and safety activities.
