What you'll do

• Help customers download and register the app, pair vehicles and activate accounts, explain connected services and digital features, troubleshoot common app and connectivity issues, coordinate introductions with Sales Consultants during vehicle delivery, maintain accurate activation information, follow privacy and security procedures, and stay current on app functionality and connected technology.
