The Maintenance Technician, Production Equipment role is onsite in Saxonburg, PA. Pay is $22.00 per hour, with a $0.35 per hour differential for the 3–11 p.m. second shift or $1.50 per hour for the 11 p.m.–7 a.m. third shift. Luxfer Magtech manufactures specialty magnesium-based products at its Saxonburg facility. The technician maintains and repairs production equipment, helping keep machines operating safely and reliably. The role also supports production teams through basic maintenance training, spare-parts organization, and coordination of maintenance work.

What you'll do

• Repair and maintain production equipment
• troubleshoot, dismantle, and reassemble machines and parts
• create sketches and plans for replacement or improvement of machine parts
• use precision measuring instruments and gauges
• train production employees in basic maintenance
• organize spare parts and coordinate maintenance tasks
• support machine startup, operation, and troubleshooting.
