CNC Operator

The CNC Operator role is onsite in Saint Charles, MO, in a manufacturing and fabrication environment. Compensation is not specified. The operator sets up and runs CNC equipment to produce fabricated components from approved digital manufacturing content. The role contributes to safe, reliable production by validating programs and materials, inspecting parts, maintaining equipment, and coordinating with manufacturing specialists and supervisors.

What you'll do

• Set up, load, run, monitor, and optimize CNC production work orders
• verify programs, tool paths, materials, dimensions, and requirements
• operate laser, router, engraving, and press brake equipment
• inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy
• perform preventive maintenance, calibration, cleaning, and inspections
• manage production schedules and priorities
• coordinate design and production issues with the Metal Works Supervisor and VDC Manufacturing Specialist.
