Store Protection Specialist

The Store Protection Specialist role is onsite in Wilmington, NC, with compensation of $14–$16 per hour. This role helps maintain a safe and secure store, deter theft and fraud, and reduce operational shortages. The specialist monitors entrances, exits, and the sales floor, supports customer service, and works with store and Loss Prevention leadership.

What you'll do

• Maintain a visible presence at store entrances, exits, and on the sales floor
• greet customers and monitor for safety concerns and potential theft. Keep emergency exits clear, communicate theft indicators to leadership, follow company theft-response policy, validate checkout procedures, and educate associates on shortage-reduction initiatives.
