The Phlebotomy / Certified Medical Assisting Instructor role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA, with a flexible hybrid schedule. Compensation is $30 per hour, and the course requires 12–14 hours depending on the course. The instructor works under the Director of EduConnect to deliver a state-approved phlebotomy training curriculum. The instructor teaches classroom and clinical skills, coaches students, and prepares them for the National Healthcare Association exam and careers in phlebotomy or clinical medical assisting. The role also maintains student records and helps update approved curriculum and learning materials.

What you'll do

• Teach phlebotomy and clinical medical assistant classes using established accredited curricula
• provide hands-on skills training
• coach and support students
• prepare students for the NHA exam and support retesting
• maintain attendance and grades
• communicate student performance needs to the Success Coach
• assist with approved curriculum and lesson-plan updates.

Why this role
