Assistant Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements
• support kitchen, HVAC, laundry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, grounds, and exterior equipment needs
• complete painting and touch-ups
• inspect systems and equipment for safe operation
• assist with receiving shipments and moving furniture or equipment
• and respond to maintenance requests. Painting experience is required. Basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge is expected
• six months of relevant maintenance experience and flooring or facility upkeep experience are preferred.
