What you'll do

• Own full P&L accountability
• develop strategies for case volume, throughput, labor utilization, and capacity
• analyze financial and operational performance

• support physician recruitment and retention
• ensure regulatory, accreditation, and payer compliance
• optimize operating room utilization, scheduling, patient flow, and capacity
• improve processes and supply chain
