What you'll do

• Provide prompt, accurate customer service on insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing. Educate customers about insurance options through needs-based reviews
• develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, market appropriate products and services, and work with the agent on marketing goals.
