Assistant Director of Nursing

Ensures VOA care clinical systems are followed/utilized. Directs and oversees day-to-day functions of the nursing staff and nurse managers to ensure compliance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern this long-term care facility. Participate in the development, maintenance and updating of written policies and procedures that govern the daily function of the department. Provide l
