What you'll do

• Provide guest service and recommend products
• support store sales initiatives and the shopping environment
• process purchases and returns
• respond to guest questions and escalate issues
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• assist with associate training, feedback, scheduling, and payroll
• maintain store cleanliness and merchandising
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• manage inventory and loss prevention
• reconcile transactions and deposits
• supervise and delegate tasks in the Store Manager’s absence
• follow opening and closing procedures.
