What you'll do

• Perform upstream manufacturing operations such as cell culture expansion, transfection, and harvest according to SOPs and batch records
• prepare and operate processing equipment
• prepare media and buffers and transfer materials aseptically
• monitor process parameters and report abnormalities
• conduct sampling and in-process testing
• document manufacturing activities and results
• collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control on deviations and quality incidents
• support process improvements, training, and safety procedures.
