Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite position located in Loveland, OH. The salary is $44,768.00 per person per year. This role is responsible for providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to students in a residential setting. The goal is to foster students' academic, emotional, and social development within a structured, family-like environment.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required; Experience working or volunteering with youth.
