Assistant Head Teller

What you'll do

• Conduct banking transactions, cash checks, and accept deposits
• issue cashier’s checks and correspondent drafts
• verify endorsements, dates, and identification
• record transactions and provide receipts
• maintain and balance cash drawers
• promote bank services
• safeguard negotiable items and confidential records
• in the Head Teller’s absence, supervise tellers, support scheduling and training, report discrepancies, and assist with customer complaints and transaction reviews.
