What you'll do

• Evaluates respiratory needs and develops and implements the Respiratory Care Plan for patients.
• Performs diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures, managing invasive and noninvasive ventilation.
• Monitors patients receiving mechanical ventilation and responds to emergent situations.
• Educates patients and families, and collaborates with physicians and nurses.
