Service Technician Supervisor

What you'll do

• Participate in site-level lean management activities
• monitor safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics
• lead technician meetings and escalate roadblocks
• visit customers and support technicians in the field on occasion
• establish safety practices
• approve timesheets and work orders
• dispatch and balance work orders
• manage preventive maintenance
• conduct performance appraisals and technician training and development.
