What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas
• respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate contacts or emergency responders
• report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, access issues, and policy violations
• assist with access management and visitor direction.
