Project Engineer – Commercial Construction

Job overview

The Project Engineer – Commercial Construction role is onsite in Homestead, PA, in the Pittsburgh area. Pay is $70,000–$80,000 per year. The role supports a commercial general contractor delivering construction, renovation, tenant improvement, and specialty projects.

What you'll do

• Support commercial construction projects valued up to $3 million
• maintain and distribute drawings, specifications, schedules, and project records
• prepare and track RFIs and submittals
• coordinate shop drawings, subcontractor submissions, approvals, and samples
• document meetings and action items
• assist with change orders, quantity takeoffs, pricing, scheduling, quality control, cost tracking, punch lists, and closeout.

Why this role
