What you'll do

• Welcome, register, check in, and check out hotel guests
• provide keys and room numbers and record credit card information
• handle incoming calls and room booking requests
• answer questions about rates, rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests
• maintain accurate guest account information
• address customer complaints when needed
• coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready.
