The Licensed Therapist / Counselor – ADAPT role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO, with compensation of $36.29–$39.29 per hour. Services are primarily provided in ADAPT offices, with opportunities to support other programs and departments. The role supports individuals receiving care through ADAPT with person-centered clinical services. The therapist provides assessment, therapy, crisis support, and collaborative treatment planning to help individuals identify strengths, pursue recovery and wellness goals, and build skills for independence and community living. Work with families and interdisciplinary teams supports coordinated, culturally responsive care.

What you'll do

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• conduct clinical interviews, assessments, and ongoing monitoring
• collaborate on individualized recovery and wellness goals
• provide crisis intervention under organizational protocols and current certifications
• facilitate skill-building and therapeutic groups
• help individuals and families identify resources
• provide education and support related to medications and wellness as appropriate
• maintain clinical documentation and participate in staff training.

Why this role

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours weekly. Requires a master’s degree in a related mental health field, an active Missouri clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, as applicable), and CPR and approved crisis intervention certifications within 60 days of hire.
