What you'll do

• Conduct annual infection-control risk assessment and surveillance planning
• facilitate monthly Infection Control Committee meetings
• support infection-prevention education
• report surveillance information to public health authorities
• participate in special studies, committees, and quality-improvement activities
• conduct surveillance using CDC definitions
• support process-improvement committees and Peer Review Committee functions.
