The role is designed to build clinical judgment and may grow into leadership responsibilities over time.

What you'll do

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA programming
• work directly with clients to evaluate programs and make clinical decisions
• build naturalistic teaching opportunities into everyday activities and play
• participate in clinical mentorship and case consultation
• collaborate on challenging cases
• gradually take on leadership responsibilities as skills develop.
