What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end insurance credentialing for dental practitioners
• maintain provider licenses, certifications, and insurance records
• review applications for completeness and accuracy
• communicate with insurance companies and payers to resolve issues
• submit applications and follow up
• collect documentation with dental teams and external contacts
• monitor regulatory changes
• train and support junior specialists
• contribute to process improvements.
