Mitigation / Restoration Technician

Job overview

The Mitigation / Restoration Technician role is onsite in the Denver-area listing location, CO; compensation is $22–$25 per hour depending on experience, plus overtime and on-call bonus. SERVPRO Denver responds to water, mold, and fire property damage emergencies and works to restore affected properties. The technician prepares job sites, operates restoration equipment, follows production guidelines, and completes cleanup. The role supports emergency restoration work by helping crews respond to property damage and leave sites orderly.

What you'll do

• Inventory and load work vehicles with project equipment and supplies
• maintain clean vehicles and equipment
• prepare rooms and work areas, including water extraction, demolition, and equipment placement
• set up staging areas
• perform production processes under Crew Chief instruction
• relay customer needs and concerns
• complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup.
