The role exists to provide technical leadership and supervision for engineering projects while building and mentoring a new team. The manager will oversee project demands, ensure quality standards are met, and collaborate with business development to maintain a consistent project pipeline.

What you'll do

• Recruit, train, and manage engineering staff
• provide technical oversight for protection and control projects
• coordinate with the Engineering Director
• ensure project cost, quality, and schedule requirements are met
• conduct QA/QC audits
• and support business development efforts.
