What you'll do

• Manage projects through their phases and coordinate with Rinker departments
• communicate order status and delivery information with customers and account managers
• develop drawings for submittals and production
• enter order and delivery information in the ERP system
• initiate purchase orders for special components
• assist sales with contract risk
• process change orders
• monitor schedules and notify stakeholders of delays
• prepare bid and negotiated-project quote information.
