Compensation is $14–$19 per hour. The Two-Year-Old Co-Lead Teacher role is onsite in Union Grove, WI; The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m.–5:15 p.m., with a one-hour unpaid lunch. MHS West Childcare/Preschool provides a faith-based learning environment for children. The teacher collaborates with the lead teacher to support children’s learning, safety, and social-emotional development. The role plans lessons, documents development, maintains the classroom, supports meals and outdoor activities, and participates in center-wide meetings and professional development.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement weekly lesson plans
• use WMELS to observe and document children’s development
• keep the classroom and bathroom clean
• prepare and serve breakfast and afternoon snack and assist with lunch
• provide daily outdoor activities
• attend monthly center-wide meetings
• pursue ongoing education and professional development.
