What you'll do

• Manage civil permitting activities across projects, states, and jurisdictions
• research local requirements and identify applications, plans, fees, and supporting documents for Site Investigation Reports
• coordinate submittals, agency reviews, comments, resubmittals, approvals, and permit issuance
• maintain permit trackers and monitor milestones and deadlines
• coordinate with engineers, surveyors, architects, contractors, consultants, clients, and agencies
• communicate status, issues, and schedule impacts
• follow up to advance permits
• prepare status reports and dashboards
• maintain standardized procedures and jurisdictional resources
• identify and escalate permitting risks.
