The Line Cook role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA, and pays $20–$26 per hour depending on experience. Water Grill serves seafood in Southern California. The cook prepares and executes food orders consistently and on time, supporting quality control, presentation, and a memorable guest meal in a team service environment.

What you'll do

• Prepare food items for service
• cook during scheduled meal periods
• execute multiple tickets with attention to preparation, presentation, recipe adherence, and timeliness
• maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the assigned station
• complete assigned opening, ongoing, and closing duties
• follow supervisor instructions and report food-item deficiencies to the Chef or Sous Chef.
