What you'll do

• Manage recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding
• partner with hiring managers and business leaders on talent strategies
• source candidates across AI, cloud, data science, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps
• build talent pipelines
• conduct recruiter screens
• use sourcing platforms and talent mapping
• provide market and compensation insights
• maintain a positive candidate experience and structured interviews
• collaborate on offer development and negotiation
• maintain candidate records in the ATS.
