• coordinate manpower and conduct weekly field inspections
• supervise employees and contractors
• participate in accident investigations
• develop operating procedures
• ensure compliance with applicable guidelines
• conduct employee evaluations
• serve in the Tech on Call rotation as the primary contact for those duties.
