The Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager role is onsite in Watertown, NY, with pay of $17.50–$18.50 per hour. Cherry Hill Programs creates holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families in partnership with retail locations and attractions. Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager helps lead seasonal photo operations, develop the team, support sales and service, and ensure families have a positive Santa visit and photo experience.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, including inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
