Client Support Specialist Lead — Care Campus

Job overview

The Client Support Specialist Lead role follows a hybrid work arrangement with regular onsite presence at the Skid Row Care Campus in Los Angeles, CA, and occasional travel among Los Angeles-area locations. Compensation is not specified. The Care Campus provides access to hygiene facilities, case management, health and behavioral health services, and housing resources for people experiencing homelessness. This hands-on working lead coordinates shift-level assignments and coverage while engaging directly with participants. The role supports consistent, trauma-informed service and connections to campus and community resources.

What you'll do

• Coordinate daily staff assignments, coverage, shift briefings, handoffs, and participant-service priorities
• model trauma-informed participant engagement
• help participants connect with campus and community resources
• support warm handoffs, appointments, follow-up, and navigation with Case Management and ICMS staff
• coach Client Support Specialist staff
• reinforce role boundaries and documentation expectations
• coordinate with Safety when concerns require additional support.
