Naniq Global Logistics provides transportation, logistics, cargo handling, and supply-chain services across Alaska, Hawaii, and the Pacific region. The general manager leads the performance, growth, and strategic direction of the Honolulu Airgateway operation. The role coordinates operational execution, financial performance, customer relationships, and team development across a complex, multi-service aviation logistics operation.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Airgateway Director of Operations and finance teams on business planning, budgets, forecasts, reporting, and performance
• direct parcel sortation, cargo handling, aircraft loading and unloading, warehouse, ramp, and ground-handling operations
• ensure compliance with company, customer, airport, TSA, FAA, DOT, OSHA, and security requirements
• monitor service levels, KPIs, safety, and customer requirements
• lead capacity planning and workforce allocation
• maintain readiness in a 24/7 multi-shift environment
• develop customer and airline relationships
• support negotiations, service reviews, and business development
• lead and develop managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
